Welcome! This project is run by Adam Chapman and supervised by Professor Jackie Andrade, and supported by the University of Plymouth’s Faculty of Health.

In this experiment, you will be provided with an electronic form asking about experiences with sleep and dreaming, which also includes a personality test component. This will be presented as a series of questions with several possible answers.

At the end of the questions, there will be an opportunity to write about your own dreaming experiences and especially memorable content of those dreams. You needn’t complete this last section if you wish or are uncomfortable doing so.

Your data will not be submitted until the questionnaire and written component are complete. If you wish to withdraw before completing the experiment, you may do so at any time before then without your data being recorded.

Collected responses will be anonymised, so please answer these questions truthfully. You needn’t think too long on each one, so pick the responses that initially feel most correct for you.
